Faxes may not be delivered for a number of reasons. Possible factors include a poor line quality, congestion, broken or turned-off equipment and similar technical issues beyond our control.

You can only resend to a destination country that has the same price you paid for initially. If the new recipient’s number has a higher rate you must submit a new order and contact us in order to cancel the previous one.
If the number works and we can successfully send the fax to the destination, we will not issue a refund because this is your error. Double check that you have the correct fax number before sending.
