I submited a fax number that doesn't exist. Can I try again?
Yes, you can try to send your fax again at no extra charge. If our system can't connect to a valid destination, we will send you an email with a link. Using this link, you can correct the recipient's number and try to send your fax again.
You can only resend to a destination country that has the same price you paid for initially. If the new recipient’s number has a higher rate you must submit a new order and contact us in order to cancel the previous one.
